What the participant wanted to share was so painful and scary, and left an incredible mark on their peace and hope for the future. They didn’t think they would ever work up the courage to share some of the most difficult parts of their life. What if one day that mindset changed, and it was your Celebrate Recovery group that they finally decided to attend? Would they find a place of safety or chaos? Would they feel comfortable sharing the scariest parts of their heart with you and others? Would they come back? Having a safe small group starts with having small group guidelines that are not only read but enforced. In this workshop, we will demonstrate ways you and your team can enforce these proven and effective guidelines in your small groups with a balance of grace and truth.
