God has been at work in our ministry for over 18 years. We have seen stable, consistent growth in over 12,000 churches. For the last two years, we’ve been anticipating a WAVE of tremendous growth for Celebrate Recovery. The time is now! This fall God is doing something amazing. Tomorrow June, 24th, join my pastor, Rick Warren live via webcast at 4:30 Pacific, as he announces the Life’s Healing Choices National Campaign. Thousands of churches will be joining Saddleback this fall in helping people find freedom from their hurts, hang-ups and habits. The time has come. Registration for the 2009 Celebrate Recovery Summit is now open.
If you’ve never been to the CR Summit make sure you register today. We’ve sold out the last two years in a row, make sure you get a seat. This year we’ll hear from Pastor John Baker, Dr. John Townsend, Dr. Henry Cloud and the Celebrate Recovery National Team.

Saddleback Church’s Women’s Ministry Begins Life’s Healing Choices Small Groups

Earlier this week, the Women’s Ministry of Saddleback Church began a Life’s Healing Choices Small Group Study. This is a huge step in making the concepts of recovery more accessible and attainable for people who would not have thought recovery was for them.
In the first week of the study over 130 women attended and after a lesson on Denial from Celebrate Recovery co-founder Cheryl Baker, they began sharing. Many of the leaders were from Celebrate Recovery and they were surprised at the instant openness and trust that the participants showed in their sharing.
The study will go on for 18 weeks with alternating lessons and testimonies, with small group sharing every week. It will be exciting to see how many of these women will attend Celebrate Recovery as a result of participating in this Small Group.
WAVE Sightings

Wow! What a great Summit. If you were one of the over 3,000 people in attendance, thank you for coming! It was incredible. If you were not able to attend, never fear, the dates of next year’s Summit are August 12th-14th, 2009. Registration will open in either May or June so be sure to check back often.
If you haven’t expereinced Celebrate Recovery yet, make sure you check out the “Find a Group” section to find a group in your area. Remember Celebrate Recovery is for anyone with a hurt, hang-up or a habit! There’s no reason to go through life alone, check out Celebrate Recovery today!
If you’re a leader in Celebrate Recovery and you missed the Summit this year, we talked alot about the WAVE of growth that Celebrate Recovery is going to experince this year. In the next few weeks we’ll be posting some WAVE Sightings about how God is using this ministry world-wide!
